At arenaflex, we're not just a company – we're a community of innovators, thinkers, and problem-solvers who are shaping the future of the automotive industry. **Job Summary** As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving claims in a timely and efficient manner. You'll be responsible for analyzing information in our Vehicle Service Contract and claims system to advise customers of the appropriate benefit amounts, requesting and distributing internal information to aid the Claims Adjudication Department, and answering phone and email inquiries to provide information and explanations on the various levels of contract coverage and claims processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze information in Vehicle Service Contract and claims system to advise customers of the appropriate benefit amounts * Request and distribute internal information to aid Claims Adjudication Department * Answer phone and email inquiries to provide information and explanations on the various levels of contract coverage and claims processes * Manage work-flow, process and complete all requests and documents according to established procedures * Be a team member, work effectively in a friendly team environment * Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner is an essential function of the job; therefore, camera usage is required for training, team meetings, and meetings with management * Other Job Duties, as assigned **Key to Success** * Minimum High School graduate or GED is Required * Strong organizational and customer service skills with ability to problem solve and multi task must be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry skills * The ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information * Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be able to communicate effectively with contract holders, agents, dealers, internal staff/upper management and customers, call center experience preferred * Proficient working on a PC, working knowledge of MS Office, able to learn new programs quickly, type at least 35 wpm, and document information while discussing the claim over the phone * Automotive Service Dept. experience preferred. Warranty Administrators, BDC Representatives, Automotive Cashier/Receptionist, Service Writers are also encouraged to apply **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management * Proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to learn new software quickly * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information * Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is required **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in a claims or customer service role * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience with data entry and document management **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in MS Office * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information * Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience with data entry and document management **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
