We are seeking a dedicated Child and Family Therapist to craft, execute, and oversee personalized mental health plans for our clients. You'll join forces with a diverse team, blending services for comprehensive care and peak mental well-being. Responsibilities and Duties
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
 Establishing safe relationships with clients
 Promoting and supporting their clients mental health
 Maintaining up to date and accurate records of each session with a client
 Performing clinical assessments and creating personalized treatment plans for each client
 Maintaining a working knowledge of the latest therapeutic modalities
 Attend and participate in team meetings with staff
 Ability to effectively communicate with clients verbally and in written correspondence
 Understands and works with the various support systems available in the community
 Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle emotionally charged situations
 Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress according to measurable goals described in treatment and care plan
 Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports
Qualifications and Skills
 A Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or a closely related field. Both licensed and provisionally licensed clinicians welcomed to apply
 Any social work licensing requirements including LCSW, CSW, LMFT, AMFT, CMHC, ACMHC
 Ability to understand the characteristics of a wide range of intellectual disabilities
 Personal and professional experience with mindfulness or meditation work preferred
 Training in sand tray therapy, play therapy and working with autism and ADHD a plus
 Availability throughout the week, including evenings and weekends
