Job Summary
The Benefit EDI & Integration Specialist will be responsible in building, testing, troubleshooting and transmitting 834 files and integrations with carriers for a variety of Human Resource Management Systems (HRM), follow up with carriers is imperative.
Requirements
The idea candidate will possess the followings skills:
 A minimum of 3 years experience with employee benefits
 Experience leading or completing an HRIS/HRM implementation with a benefits module that included connecting to carriers
 Ability to work independently and utilized resources to solve problems
 Ability to think strategically and analytically
 Comfortable with communicating with both clients and carriers, but able to focus on detail-orientated work for long periods of time
 Must be organized and able think quickly to resolve problems
 Experience in working with 834 and integrations in Employee Navigator is strong preferred but not required
 Bachelors' Degree in a related field preferred
 A combination of work experience and education will be considered
