Key Responsibilities:

⢠Familiarity with creating and managing Outlook File Templates (OFTs).
⢠Develop and implement automation solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks and enhance team efficiency.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven initiatives.
⢠Document processes and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and process transparency.
⢠Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for process optimization.
Qualifications:
⢠1-3 years of experience in analytics, work automation, oft creation and related fields.
⢠You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, or related fields.
⢠Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Power BI) and strong analytical skills.
⢠Basic understanding of automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, VBA script).
⢠Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
⢠Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
