Immediate Hiring: American Airlines Work From Home as Support Engineer
American Airlines is expanding its remote technical team and is currently seeking a Support Engineer (Remote) for immediate hire. Core Responsibilities

Documentation: Create and maintain technical knowledge base articles and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the IT support team.
• *
Collaboration: Work closely with the DevOps and Software Development teams to report bugs and suggest feature enhancements based on user feedback.

Security Compliance: Ensure all remote workstations and support protocols adhere to American Airlines strict cybersecurity and data privacy standards.
• Required Skills & Experience
• *
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support Engineer, Help Desk Tier II, or Systems Support role.
• *
Technical Stack: Proficiency with Windows/macOS environments, SQL queries, and basic API troubleshooting.
• *
Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is highly preferred.
• *
Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) status is a strong plus.
• *
Environment: A dedicated home office with high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps) and a distraction-free background.
