Responsibilities Include:
 Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all rental properties.
 Marketing & Branding: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract luxury clients, building and maintaining a strong brand presence.
 Bookings & Client Servicing: Handle all aspects of bookings, from initial inquiries to final check-out, ensuring top-notch client service.
 Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate cleaning staff and other team members, ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standards.
 Project Leadership: Take responsibility for leading projects from beginning to end, ensuring they align with the companyÂs vision and goals.
Ideal Qualifications:
 Proven experience in managing luxury short-term rentals or a related field.
