What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Provide administrative support to executives, managing calendars and prioritizing tasks
• Serve as a point of contact for the department, answering inquiries and directing requests
• Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and departmental activities
• Execute complex administrative projects, including budget tracking and report creation
• Schedule domestic and international travel for executives, addressing all travel logistics

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and virtual collaboration tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling confidential information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
