Key responsibilities: - Building long-term, trusting relationships with SMB clients by understanding their IT needs and challenges. - Negotiating and closing deals while identifying new business opportunities to increase revenue. - Creating and maintaining Account Plans, tracking revenue and headcount growth metrics. - Conducting market research to identify upselling opportunities and deliver compelling presentations. - Seeking new business opportunities through client referrals, networking, and social media channels. - Presenting BairesDevs value proposition to potential and referred clients effectively. Requirements: - Experience: 2 years in sales executive, client partner, or engagement manager roles in IT/Tech industry. - Client Relations: Proven experience in customer relationship management and deal closure. - Industry Focus: Experience with IT services (not products). - Sales Skills: Passion for sales and account management. - Technical Background: Prior experience with software development outsourcing. - Desirable: Experience in selling on-site or offshore IT services.
