About the position
As an Inspector General IT Auditor at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), you will conduct audits of CIA programs and activities, focusing on the development, security, and internal controls of IT systems and applications. Your work will help ensure the effective and efficient execution of the CIA's national security mission, promoting good stewardship of resources and helping to detect and deter fraud, waste, and abuse.
Responsibilities

? Assess auditable financial statements and mission support activities.

? Review the acquisition of IT systems and security management practices.

? Perform audits in accordance with government auditing standards.
Requirements
? Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Data Analytics, Economics, Public Administration, or Public Policy.

? Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Demonstrated excellent critical thinking skills.
,
? Ability to apply government auditing standards and discern key issues.

? Ability to meet the minimum requirements for joining CIA, including U.S. citizenship and a background investigation.
Nice-to-haves
? At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale.
