IFS Consultant - Service & Maintenance
NEW ROLE - IFS Consultant - Service & Maintenance Our partner is a leading technology consultancy delivering successful and innovative business change to its clients. Systems integration specialist and are an IFS Gold Channel Partner and a certified IFS Reseller. As a Consultant you will be responsible for providing functional consultancy for the IFS ERP solution for clients including, creating solution outlines/definitions, defining and providing end user training, and creating supporting documentation. The role will also encompass the preparation of test data and providing guidance to customer as they go through the system setup acceptance process. Your speciality will be in the Service & Maintenance area of IFS. Some of what you will do! IFS Consultancy Assist with key aspects of IFS implementations, upgrades, business as usual activities and business improvements. Document relevant activities within the companys QMS (ISO 9001 Quality procedures) to ensure a high level of quality and repeatability. Responsibility for ensuring that quality control activities (including testing) are carried out satisfactorily. What you need! Experience in assisting with IFS implementations, upgrades, business as usual activities and business improvements. Speciality in the Service & Maintenance area of IFS. Experience as a sole consultant, or working as part of a small team. Experience in the delivery and quality of project deliverables across the different phases of the project delivery process Some of what you get!
