You will work collaboratively with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your responsibilities will encompass: Utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Providing care across the continuum, including preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Ensuring comprehensive patient assessment and education. Participating in the planning and coordination of care, along with various nursing interventions. Adhere to the scope and standards of nursing practice as defined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state where you are licensed. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess: A degree from an accredited nursing program is required; a Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
