Icertis CLM Administrator (1 year contract) - Remote

We are hiring an Icertis CLM Administrator on a 1 year contract to manage and support UiPath’s contract lifecycle platform, ensuring configuration, integration, and operational excellence. Company details UiPath (www.uipath.com) is a leading enterprise automation software company specializing in robotic process automation, AI, and workflow tools. As part of this role, you will work closely with global sales, procurement, and legal teams to optimize contract processes. Requirements • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 to 5 years in Icertis CLM implementation or administration • Deep knowledge of CLM best practices and contract lifecycle processes • Hands on experience configuring Icertis: workflows, templates, clause libraries, conditions • Understanding of Salesforce configurations and integration with CLM systems • Familiarity with buy side and sell side contract processes and legal contracting workflows • Ability to investigate and resolve technical issues, coordinate across teams and vendors • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management • Experience with SDLC: requirement gathering, testing, training, change management • Icertis certification (Administrator or Practitioner) is preferred • Exposure to other CLM tools (e.g. Apttus, Conga, DocuSign CLM) is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Technology, or related field Responsibilities • Administer and configure daily operations in the Icertis CLM platform • Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Legal teams to gather requirements, propose enhancements, and support processes • Manage configuration of templates, clause sets, workflows, and approvals • Oversee and troubleshoot integrations between Icertis and Salesforce • Coordinate with Icertis consultants, vendor teams, internal developers for issue resolution and feature delivery • Support UAT, change management, training for new releases • Maintain and update documentation for configurations, workflows, integrations • Provide guidance and training to internal users on CLM functionality • Contribute to continuous improvement, automation ideas, process optimization Job Details Location: Remote, India Type: 1 year contract Interview process • Screening / HR round • Technical round (CLM / integration) • Manager round • Final / stakeholder round Important Note ClanX is a recruitment partner, helping UiPath hire the Icertis CLM Administrator role.
