Hands on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator 5x
Experience in EDI, AS2, etc
IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Administration
Extensive and hands on experience with:
EDI Specialist with Extensive Product IBM Sterling Integrator experience related to installation, configuration and tuning of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Product Suite.
Application Administration Support for EDI B2BI Architecture
Application Performance/Health/configuration B2BI
System performance load, queue management B2BI
IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Patches/hotfixes
Experience building robust Test environments
Expereince in Environment Infrastructure Build and Automation
Strong Scripting and Automation experience
Extensive SDLC experience
Ability to analyze and trouble-shoot issues.
Strong UNIX and/or LINUX is preferred
Create all necessary documents and communicate to the team in support of the project
Conduct training and knowledge transfer.
Development of maps using Sterling Integrator Map Editor.
Troubleshooting complex EDI failures using Sterling B2B Integrator.
Knowledge of industry standards supporting EDI/B2B.
Experience with EDI document standards (ANSI X12, XML, FF) and EDI documents (850, 855, 856, 810, 997, 204, 210 etc.)
Experience in communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, FTP)
Experience in migration of trading partners using different communication protocols.
Work with trading partners and internal teams to troubleshoot data, mapping and communication protocol issues.
Experience with updating AS2 certificates and SSH profiles for trading partners using Sterling B2B Integrator.
Direct onshore / offshore resources to provide first-level operational support
Plan to be part of production issues troubleshoot to have the correct RCAs. Also, troubleshoot issues for error handling and logging.
Perform problem / performance analysis as needed to identify root causes of issue
Qualifications:
• More than 10 years of experience in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
• A minimum of 6 years in a professional senior technical role such as technical lead, team lead, architect, or any other hands on leadership role.
- Follow established processes and improve process/procedures to meet new application needs in various areas maintain standards, monitoring, patch management and developing automation tools
- Plan to be part of production issues troubleshoot to have the correct RCAs
- Knowledge on Azure cloud
. A minimum of 5 years of experience working with customers directly.
- Knowledge and understanding of Unix commands, and other scripting languages
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Passionate about learning new technologies
- Participate in change management discussions and own the technical open points with in the architecture stream.
Nice to have:
• Management consulting experience
• Project management experience working with similar technologies in the Cloud
