Role: IBM ODM Developer Location: Cleveland, OH/Pittsburgh, PA/Dallas, TX/Phoenix, AZ/ Birmingham, Alabama - ONSITE Duration: 6+ months Exp: 10+ yrs Skills: IBM tool (ODM) specifically 5 to 8 Years of BRE Development experience Must have a strong understanding of business processes Ability to work with cross-functional teams Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to business rules management Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing business rules within an organization. Ability to work with business product owners to understand analytical needs and translate them into functional designs. Designing and developing database schemas, stored procedures, and ETL workflows using appropriate programming languages like Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL T-SQL. Managing production deployments and collaborating with business teams to ensure smooth operations. Building and maintaining relationships across cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, data engineers, and business analysts. Leveraging Python for automating event processing and governance rule enforcement across hybrid systems. Collaborating with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to design and implement data-driven solutions. Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations through the automation of decision-making processes.
