Responsibilities
Ā Provide day-to-day technical support for IBM i, iSeries, and AS/400 environments.

Ā Perform backups, migrations, release updates, PTF's, and disaster recovery testing.

Ā Assist with system administration and perform system restores.

Ā Setup and monitor backups, install PTF's and fixes, and setup LPARS.

Ā Troubleshoot system problems and assist with help desk tasks.

Ā Work as a member of a support team and individually, with occasional after-hours work.

Ā Develop strong customer relationships and promote deeper involvement by sales and services team.
Requirements
Ā 2+ years of IBM i (AS400) technical support or operator experience.

Ā Excellent communication skills and a high level of customer service.
,
Ā Ability to work on multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Ā Proven ability to work with little supervision and a detail-oriented approach.
Nice-to-haves
Ā IBM Flash Storage experience.
