The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for supporting critical firmauthenticationidentity management infrastructure and utilities. An ideal candidate would be enthusiastic about infrastructure stability, innovation and intelligent monitoring of authentication and identity systems.This a 3-day in office hybrid role based out of Montreal, QC.Experience:• 5 to 6 years of experience working in the Identity and Access Management domain.• ITIL, CISSP, anySRE certifications (optional).Responsibilities:• Providing senior-level support for firm authentication and identity management solutions. Solutions range from industry-standard applications to homegrowntooling.• Debug issues at all levels of the stack• Assist in implementing related long-term stability and observability improvements focused on issuesymptoms.•Participatein an on-call rotation responding to PagerDuty alerts.• Document and measure every action taken, with the goal of the automation of repetitive manual efforts.• Create operational tooling (asrequired)forsupport team usage.•Participateoncalls with internal users and external clients or vendors when required.Technical Skills:• An acute understandingof:1. Identity and Access Management products2. Generalnetwork and enterprise security standards and concepts• Basic knowledge of the components of operating system administration on Windows and Linux [Redhat] platforms• A deep knowledge of scripting and automation languages such as PowerShell, Python and UNIX Shells. Some Ansible,Java, Groovy, C/C++and other languages are a bonus.• Experience working with large enterprise architecture.Soft Skills:• Active interest in IDM, Cryptography, and Information Security.• Excellent written and oral English communication skills: capable of writing comprehensive documentation, making presentations to an internal audience and interacting positively with upper management,colleaguesand customers.• Independent problem-solving, highlymotivatedand self-directing.• Comfortable working in a support role with end user interaction and with periodic on-callresponsibilities.• Must be aself-starter, butmust also recognize the importance and value of working as a member of a team.• An interest and understanding of emerging IT Trends such as cloud computing, web technologies and multi-factor authentication solutions.
