IAM Architect - Cloud Bigdata

IAM Architect (Core) Deep expertise in Identity & Access Management tools and protocols (Azure AD, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA).Strategic Advisor Acts as the lead technical authority, guiding IAM strategy, roadmaps, and standards in partnership with the IAM Manager.Application/Enterprise Architecture Alignment Ensures IAM integrates seamlessly across applications, systems, and business processes.Core Responsibilities Architect and implement scalable IAM solutions aligned with least-privilege and zero-trust principles.Serve as the lead technical advisor for IAM design, integrations, and standards.Influence IAM strategy and roadmap in partnership with the IAM Manager and Security leadership.Drive adoption of authentication/authorization technologies (SAML, OAUTH, LDAP, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA).Partner with application architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure IAM works across enterprise systems.Provide mentorship to IAM engineers and manage vendors/partners supporting IAM services.Candidate Profile5+ years Identity & Access Management; 8+ years IT Security overall.Hands-on expertise in Azure AD, MFA, SSO, IGA, and PAM.Experience shaping IAM standards, policies, and integrations at enterprise scale.Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with shared program ownership.Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISA, CCSP, PMP, ITIL v3.We are an equal opportunity employer.
