Hygiene Coordinator Qualifications:
• At least one-year previous experience working in dental office
• Experience utilizing a dental/healthcare practice management system(s), EagleSoft preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional and friendly phone etiquette
• Outgoing positive attitude and energy with focus on customer service
• Adaptable with advanced problem solving skills
Hygiene Coordinator Duties:
• Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office and direct to appropriate person
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
COVID-19 Precaution(s):
• Mask required in all patient care areas
• Covid vaccine card or exemption required
