Hybrid/Remote Eloqua eBusiness Specialist
Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a Marketing Automation professional with proficient skills and experience in Oracle Eloqua for a client's contingent need. This role would be responsible for building, testing, deploying, and analyzing email marketing programs. The role would also assist with landing page builds and Eloqua lead forms, webinar promotion and registration capture, lead uploads into our CRM, custom data analysis and exporting from Eloqua, email segment creation, and other MA-related tasks.
This MA professional would be working with a remote integrated marketing team that's imperative to the success of a large, newly formed, MedTech healthcare business. This professional would work alongside a cohort of SMEs who collaborate with the client's business counterparts to deploy impactful marketing campaigns.
To be successful in this role, this professional must be proactive and diligent with their testing, ensuring assets (i.e., emails, forms, landing pages, list uploads, etc.) are vetted and functioning without error. Strong project management experience skills area also preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE (your application will be rejected and you will not be contacted unless you have these listed):
• Marketing Automation Platform experience – Eloqua
• 2+ years of professional experience in Marketing Automation

• Highly detailed oriented – organized and accountable
• Excellent communication skills – proactive and concise
• Strong problem-solving abilities – pragmatic and resilient
• Results focused – successful experience using quantitative metrics to manage email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and other marketing goals
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• CRM integration experience – Salesforce (preferred)
• CMS integration experience – Adobe Experience Manager (preferred)
• Supplemental systems experience – ON24, iCapture, BI tools (preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Automation
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
• Associate degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Schedule: 1st shift Monday - Friday, core hours 9am to 3pm Central
Location: Availability to work hybrid remote in MAPLEWOOD, Minnesota 55144, but will accept a HIGHLY QUALIFIED remote candidate.
Duration: Scheduled for up to 12 months through Volt Workforce Solutions on W2/W4, contingent upon candidate performance and client business needs.
Pay Rate: $30 - $40/hr depending on skills and experience, discussed and agreed upon in initial phone screening. The client will expect to hire at that submitted rate.
