Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 + Quarterly Bonus (1st yr OTE: $120-160K+)

⢠Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Client Service Managers
⢠Ensure KPIs are met across revenue, retention, satisfaction, and response times
⢠Strengthen client relationships and identify growth opportunities
⢠Collaborate with Sales, Insights, and Field Ops for smooth onboarding and execution
⢠Implement scalable processes and explore AI to enhance efficiency and service
⢠Analyze client data to uncover insights and prove ROI
⢠Attend client meetings and industry events
HYBRID Vice President of Client Services Qualifications
⢠Bachelorâs degree required
⢠Minimum of 7 yearsâ leadership experience in client services, ideally within customer experience or insights, required
⢠Demonstrated success in building, leading, and inspiring high-performing teams required
⢠Exceptional executive presence with outstanding communication, presentation, and analytical abilities required
⢠Highly tech-savvy, with hands-on familiarity using AI tools and modern platforms required
