Ā Developing and managing contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
Ā Assisting with workforce planning, restructuring initiatives, and succession planning.
Ā Identifying training needs and recommending executive coaching to optimize team performance.
Ā Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and implementing adjustments as needed.
Ā Maintaining the HRIS database and preparing regular and customized reports.
Required Skills

Qualifications
The successful applicant will have:
Ā A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Ā At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
Ā Proven knowledge of employee relations, HRIS systems, HR policies, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Ā High integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
