Key Responsibilities

As An HR Coordinator, Your Primary Duties Will Include
Ā• Managing employee relations and addressing concerns with thorough investigations as necessary.
Ā• Staying current with legal requirements related to employee management, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Ā• Providing guidance on performance management, including coaching for leaders and supporting career development efforts.
Ā• Collaborating with management and staff to enhance workplace relationships, morale, and productivity.
Ā• Offering interpretation and advice on HR policies.
Ā• Developing and managing contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
Ā• Assisting with workforce planning, restructuring initiatives, and succession planning.
Ā• Identifying training needs and recommending executive coaching to optimize team performance.
Ā• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and implementing adjustments as needed.
Ā• Maintaining the HRIS database and preparing regular and customized reports.

Qualifications

The successful applicant will have:
Ā• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Ā• At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
Ā• Proven knowledge of employee relations, HRIS systems, HR policies, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Ā• High integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
