Companion Linc is a 245D Waivered Services Provider that supports approximately 130 individuals throughout the Metro Area with a variety of intellectual and/or physical needs, including Autism, Down Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy. These activities are either prepaid by Companion Linc or staff are reimbursed for admission. • Competitive Pay & Great Benefits -Sleepover positions paid at lower wage ($12.00). *Any time spent awake during the overnight (12am-8am) during the shift is paid at $19.00/hour. Employees eligible for a raise at 12 months, based upon satisfactory performance. Employees are paid to complete and maintain all required training for their position. All employees are eligible for Earned Safe and Sick Time, and to participate in the company 401K which offers a 4% employer match. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision and life insurance, as well as Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays. Positions, Hours & Wage: • EVENING: Monday and Friday 3:30pm - 9:00pm • WEEKEND EVENING: Saturday and Sunday 3:30pm - 9:00pm • DSP Rate $19.00-$19.50/hour Department Description: This position will support one individual in her personal home who has physical support needs. *Individual has a dog* **Preference for FEMALE staff**. Job Duties: • Provide supervision and training for light housekeeping and personal care needs. • Assist individual to achieve and exceed their personal goals. • Provide guidance in administering medications. • Assist individual with personal hygiene. • Provide individual with physical, emotional, and behavioral support allowing them to actively participate in activities offered while encouraging personal choices and assisting to maintain their personal safety. • Provide transportation to activities using the individual's vehicle. • Complete detailed, accurate documentation as assigned. • Other duties specific to individual supported.
