Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Hybrid Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to self-generate leads and hold an NMLS license, with a focus on building strong client relationships and facilitating smooth loan processes.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through self-generation and networking activities.
Ā Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring a clear understanding of their options and requirements.
Ā Analyze applicant financial information to determine eligibility for various loan products.
Ā Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Ā Collaborate with other team members to streamline the loan processing system and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Ā Must possess a valid NMLS license.
Ā Proven ability to self-generate leads in a sales environment.
Ā Previous experience as a Loan Officer is preferred but not required.
Ā Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
