Hybrid - Account Recovery Specialist

The role involves engaging consumers to assist them with managing delinquent accounts, negotiating resolutions, and ensuring compliance with regulations.ResponsibilitiesEngage consumers and assist them with managing their delinquent accountsUsing a consultative approach, help consumers identify the most suitable solutionsNegotiate to resolve the balance due in the best interests of all partiesCreate a sense of urgency using a customer service demeanorRemain compliant, positive and professional at all timesProvide methods and solutions with consumers to resolve delinquent accountsContinuously receive inbound calls from and place outbound calls using an auto dialer systemMaintain and manage a workload of delinquent accounts to ensure completion of postdated paymentsProperly follow up with consumers to ensure required documentation and payment processing is compliant and completeEnsure all consumer accounts are documented properly and notify consumers of any missing documents and/or additional procedures requiredPerform proper skip tracing techniques to identify consumer contact informationAbide by the FDCPA and other Federal and State collection regulations at all timesAdhere to both internal/company policies/procedures and industry-wide compliance regulationsSkillsMust be at least 18 years oldHS Diploma or GED required; College Degree a plus but not requiredPunctuality (Must have reliable attendance)Must attend full training scheduleAbility to commit to working a full-time schedule with weekends as assignedCoachable (Must have willingness to learn)Must have reliable transportationStrong verbal communication skills (ability to persuade and negotiate)Computer skills: document calls and navigate software packages, databases and the internetAbility to maintain confidentiality and high level of trustworthinessAbility to maintain professionalism within the work environment1 + years' experience preferred in Collections, Sales, Telemarketing, Medical Billing, Call Center, Customer Service, and BankingBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionLife and Disability insurance401KPaid VacationHolidaysPaid TrainingCompany OverviewReliant Capital Solutions is a full-service account receivable management company focused on providing latest technological solutions.
