In this vital role, you will: • Lead program team meetings with purpose, ensuring clear communication and direction. • Supervise, coach, and evaluate team members to help them thrive. • Address performance concerns with empathy and effectiveness—always striving for growth. • Collaborate on program design, implementation, and evaluation to maximize impact. • Step in occasionally to provide direct support and ensure continuity of care. Qualifications: • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field. • 1–3 years of supervisory experience, with a passion for leadership and service.
