Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough and accurate inspections of HVAC systems.
Diagnose, repair, and replace HVAC systems in accordance with applicable codes.
Document all services performed and ensure proper handling of fees and invoices.
Prepare for service appointments by ordering and organizing necessary parts and tools.
Submit purchase orders and coordinate with dispatch or purchasing teams.
Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service.
Uphold company standards of performance, safety, and ethics.
Track and manage operational metrics like average invoice totals, callback ratios, and labor margins.
Required Qualifications:
Valid Oklahoma Mechanical Journeyman License
EPA Certification
5 years of verifiable work experience in residential HVAC systems.
Valid drivers license and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
