Superior Services, a local HVAC & Plumbing company with over 20 years in the community, is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician. This is a great opportunity to get in with a fast growing business where everyone on the team is valued and customer care is priority #1.

Responsibilities Include:

• Install, test, and maintain HVAC systems including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration units.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Replace filters, clean coils, and perform other necessary maintenance tasks to extend the life of HVAC systems.

• Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues.

• Provide accurate troubleshooting reports and determine the root cause of system failures.

• Replace or repair faulty components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.

• Communicate effectively with customers to explain HVAC issues, repairs, and recommendations.

• Provide advice and guidance to customers on energy-saving tips, system upgrades, and maintenance best practices.

• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards when working with HVAC equipment.

• Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and hours worked.

• Work with other team members and departments as needed for large-scale installations or service projects.

• Assist in training apprentices or less experienced technicians as needed.

Requirements
• 5+ years' of experience in HVAC service work.
• Commercial experience.
• Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Neat, clean and organized.
• Great work ethic.
