Job Title: HVAC Sales Comfort Consultant
Department: HVAC Sales
Pay Scale: $1,000/week base + commission (potential earnings of $100K+). Includes paid vacation, holidays, and health benefits.
Work Hours: Flexible, based on customer needs and seasonal demand. Typical hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM.
Primary Job Function:
Sell HVAC products and services to residential and commercial customers, ensuring competitive and profitable sales. Represent the company professionally, communicate effectively with customers, and collaborate with department heads to ensure a smooth installation process.
Required Qualifications:
? 2+ years of consultative sales experience.
? Comfortable working directly with consumers.
? Proficient with technology.
? Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
? 5+ years of retail sales experience.
? Goal-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
? Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
? Drive new sales while maintaining company standards.
? Present proposals in person or within 24 hours of inquiry.
? Educate customers on product value, financing, and promotions.
? Manage sales pipeline and follow up with leads.
? Complete all sales documentation and communicate project details to operations.
? Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in training sessions.
? Represent the company at community events.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
? Inspect homes, including attics and crawlspaces. May lift up to 30 lbs.
? Work includes exposure to weather and occasional dusty/confined spaces.
