Responsibilities
Perform routine service and inspections on HVAC mechanical equipment as assigned by the Employer.

Change and service filters for HVAC systems.

Oil and grease mechanical components as needed.
,
Adjust or replace belts in HVAC systems.
,
Clean cooling towers, coils, evaporator and condenser tubes, and maintain general housekeeping standards.
,
Assist in the operation of mechanical systems under contract with customers.
,
Conduct cleaning and routine maintenance of solar energy equipment.
,
Engage in Indoor Air Quality related work, including maintenance of duct systems and drain pans.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
,
Light technical and mechanically inclined.
,
Passion and desire to learn and apply skills on the job.
,
Attention to detail through interpersonal, digital, and written skills.
,
Self-starter with the ability to eventually work independently.
,
Prioritize safety in all forms.

Valid driver's license required.
