HVAC Marketing Manager - REMOTE

Join a growing team where innovation meets impact. We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and results‑driven Marketing Manager to elevate our commercial HVAC product portfolio and shape how customers experience our brand. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to develop and execute full‑funnel marketing strategies that boost product awareness, deepen customer engagement, and drive measurable revenue growth.

You’ll transform complex HVAC technologies into clear, compelling value propositions—helping customers understand not just what our products do, but why they matter. Success in this role requires strong expertise in residential and commercial HVAC systems, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to bring technical features to life through impactful content, campaigns, and product positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans for new and existing residential and commercial HVAC products.
• Create high-impact content including product brochures, sell sheets, case studies, white papers, email campaigns, web content, videos, digital advertisements, and social media assets.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect product features, benefits, and applications.
• Support product launches with go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales enablement tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of assets.
• Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to optimize future communications.
• Stay current on residential and commercial HVAC industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 7-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications in HVAC
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is a strong plus
• Creative skills in photography and video development are preferred

Expected Base Salary Range: $ 90K - $150K

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
