About the position
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help deliver great housing value to the residents of our communities. This position requires HVAC certification and experience in property maintenance, including light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. The role involves routine maintenance of rental units, assisting in refurbishing make-ready homes, and maintaining property grounds. The technician will also assist in covering the after-hours maintenance emergency line and ensure that working areas are kept clean and organized.

Ability to work independently or with other Maintenance Technicians

Commitment to learn, work hard, and be honest

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and driving record check
