We are deeply committed to providing exceptional customer service; our customers are and will continue to be at the center of everything we do!We have an immediate opening for a Remote Night Dispatcher!The Night Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the delivery and service schedules for our heating oil, propane, gasoline, diesel, HVAC, and standby power generator divisions during the evenings. This position is an integral part of our operations team, working closely with drivers, technicians, and customer service representatives to ensure timely responses to customer requests and maintain seamless communication between various departments.Position: Night DispatcherWork Type: Local RemoteHourly Rate: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour with a stipend of $115.38 per weekWork Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm to 12:00am midnightOn-Call Schedule: 12:00am midnight to 5:00amBenefits:

Job Responsibilities:
Handles incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries during the evenings
Ensures all customer service requests are promptly addressed and scheduled for appropriate action
Facilitates immediate response and dispatch of technicians and personnel in case of heating, air conditioning, or generator-related emergencies during the evening.
Plans and optimizes delivery and service routes to maximize efficiency, minimize fuel consumption, and reduce delivery times while considering driver and technician availability
Update customers on delivery and service status accurately
Accurately updates and maintain records of deliveries, service calls, and customer interactions in the company's dispatch software system
What it takes:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or related fields is a plus
Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service roles is preferred
Familiarity with the heating oil, propane, gasoline, diesel, HVAC, or power generator industry is advantageous
Excellent communication skills and ability to remain composed under pressure
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in using dispatch software, GPS, and other relevant tools
Availability to work weekends and holidays, as per assigned schedules
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
