Test in the wild. Iterate in public.Bring context, emotion, and meaning to AI tools. We’re not here to replace humans — we’re here to amplify them.Hack. Document. Share. Break. Rebuild. Repeat. What we’re looking for: You live in São Paulo (or nearby) and can be in the office when it matters — no clocking in, just presence when needed.You speak Python as a second language (or want to), and you’re not afraid to ask ChatGPT to help.You’ve played with APIs, LLMs, LangChain, or other AI playgrounds — or you’re dying to learn.You understand People & Culture enough to break its logic from the inside.You can think in systems, but love messy humans.You’re a builder, not just a thinker — and your GitHub, Notion, or Miro boards prove it.You’ve got opinions.
