Responsibilities
ā¢ Supervises employees and coordinates personnel-related activities including training and work schedules.

ā¢ Prepares detailed reports on funding and program statistics.

ā¢ Establishes, reviews, and evaluates program policies, goals, and objectives.

ā¢ Assists in the development of grant applications for center services funding.

ā¢ Monitors professional services contracts with various agencies.
Requirements
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Counseling, or a closely related field.

ā¢ Four years of work experience in social work, psychology, or counseling, with experience in coordinating social or behavioral health service programs.

ā¢ At least 6 months of lead or supervisory experience.
