This role will serve as a key partner to employees and managers, helping ensure a seamless employee experience through effective onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR support. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to provide thoughtful coaching and guidance on routine employee matters.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and execute onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experienceCoordinate offboarding activities, including exit processes, documentation, and system updatesServe as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiriesProvide coaching and guidance to managers on basic employee relations, performance conversations, and HR policiesSupport employee lifecycle activities including job changes, promotions, and data updatesPartner with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence to ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactionsMaintain data integrity across HR systems and ensure compliance with company policiesAssist with HR initiatives, programs, and projects as neededWhat Success Looks LikeDelivers a seamless and positive employee experience from hire to exitBuilds trust with managers through practical, solutions-oriented guidanceMaintains high accuracy and compliance in all HR processesDemonstrates a proactive, team-oriented approach to supporting the Payments organizationQualifications:10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role3+ years of Leave ManagementExperience with high volume onboarding and offboarding processesExposure to employee relations and manager coaching preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionEffective communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with HR systems (e.g., UKG, Workday, or similar) is a plusCompensation range of $60-110K USD base salary plus discretional annual bonus opportunityAdditional Information:Values and Life at XplorOur four core values that guide us from how we hire and recognize our team members to how we interact with our customers day to day:
