What You'll DoManages HR function for a specific segment of onsite Sodexo client teams, including hourly recruitment, policies and procedures, onboarding, off-boarding, training, general leave of absence, and employee recordsAssist hiring managers with all aspects of the new hire processGuides new hires to the right subject matter experts for benefits, payroll, timekeeping, etcWorks with all levels of the business, including frontline employees, supervisors, mid-level managers, and directorsSupports the talent acquisition process with our recruiting team to ensure positions are approved, posted, and sourced to find the best candidates at all levelsSupports managers with employee relations concerns under the guidance of the HR LeaderAssists management in planning, developing, and implementing HR activitiesBalances the needs of employees and management with relation to employee performance and policy alignmentWhat We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
