About The Job:
Our Human Resources Department is responsible for recruiting, serving, and developing the finest employees in the software industry. Your role as Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter would be split between standard HR-related duties and corporate recruiting duties.
HR-related duties include benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance.
Recruiting duties include implementing a comprehensive recruiting strategy, performing recruiting needs assessments with hiring managers, finding qualified candidates, and placing top-notch new hires for the best fit.
About The Candidate:
An in depth understanding of business development and organization management is highly desirable. Strong networking background as well as organizational, communication, and time management skills are a must. A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field is preferred.
Salary commensurate with education and experience.
