As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients' day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR priorities, and providing exceptional service to their employees. Position Overview As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll partner with our HR Managers to support a group of 5-10 clients across multiple industries. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the overall administration and operations of the HR function for each client, providing exceptional customer service, and serving as the primary HR point of contact for client employees. If you're a team player with a "can-do" attitude, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: HR Administration and Operations: Manage the overall administration and operations of the HR function for each client, including new hire on-boarding, payroll processing, employee documentation, benefits administration, processing employee changes, leave of absences, and answering employee questions. Client Partnerships: Work closely with assigned client employees to serve as a hands-on human resources expert, formulating partnerships across the business to deliver value-added HR services. Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to take on a variety of assignments, depending on the client's specific HR needs. Seek out support from an HR Manager if unsure how to fulfill a request. Decision-Making and Counseling: Make well-researched decisions and counsel consistently and appropriately to management and team members to maintain a productive and positive work environment and achieve optimal performance. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, identify potential legal risk to the client, and make recommendations on next steps to minimize risk and ensure compliance. Relationship Building: Build and maintain healthy relationships with all team members, including clients and internal stakeholders. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: At least 1 year of successful HR, Payroll, or client-facing/customer service experience. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Consultation Skills: Strong consultation skills and proven track record in a client-facing, matrixed role, including the ability to influence leaders to align people processes and practices with business objectives. Preferred Qualifications: HR Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred. Industry Experience: Experience working in multiple industries or with diverse client groups. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as Workday or BambooHR. What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of $22-$24 per hour, depending on experience.
