Human Resources Coordinator / Analyst

They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator / Analyst to support their People & Culture function, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews across departments, ensuring a smooth candidate experience Review and screen incoming resumes based on role requirements Communicate with candidates regarding scheduling, next steps, and logistical questions Maintain organized applicant tracking and recruiting documentation Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate new hire setup Support HR with orientation scheduling, internal communications, and system access requests Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their first weeks Maintain accurate employee records and assist with documentation needs Support HR in compiling reports, tracking key HR metrics, and updating internal systems Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, trainings, and company events Collaborate with HR leadership on process improvements and special projects Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 0–2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, operations, or related fields Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to think independently Fast learner with the ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset HR coursework, HR concentration, or HR internship experience is a plus Passion for talent acquisition and building inclusive workplace environments Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and adjust strategies accordingly Benefits Annual performance bonus Comprehensive benefits package Employer-matched retirement plan Medical/dental/vision coverage Telemedicine Paid time off Company Overview Valitana provides solutions for evaluating U.S. and Euro CLOs.
