This role involves partnering with clients and assisting Human Resource Specialists in developing and implementing HR performance management processes to improve client businesses.ResponsibilitiesSupports Middle Market Service Team by providing back-up support to Human Resource SpecialistsProvides support with complex projects such as handbook customization, policy development, job descriptions, performance appraisal systems, exit interviews, job competencies, hiring processes, compensation planning, and salary surveys to enhance productivity and reduce liabilityMakes recommendations utilizing knowledge from various human resource disciplines to address client needs and follows-up to ensure satisfactionFacilitates with oversight from (S)HRS and/or co-facilitates Liability Management Trainings, in a clear, concise and logical sequence at a level appropriate to the audienceParticipates in service team project assignments and/or client data analysis to identify needs and human resource solutions to improve client business operationsIdentifies and recommends Insperity services that positively impact clients’ work practices and results in their engagement and satisfactionCollaborates with internal departments to design customized client reports and communicate directly with clients. Makes recommendations for improving client service deliveryDocuments, reviews, and monitors tracking mechanisms of assigned clients to ensure timely delivery of HR service activitiesProvides reports of services delivered with internal partners and escalates complex issues as neededShares in customer relationship accountability through service deliverables as defined in Key Areas of ResponsibilityBuilds, maintains, and promotes effective, highly functional relationships with all internal customersMaintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance in a multi-state environmentEngages with internal support teams (e.g., Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) Services, Compensation Services, EEO Services, Payroll, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Administration, Background Screening, Benefits, and Leave Administration)With oversight from the (S)HRS, delivers HR policy guidance, interpretation, and best practice recommendations in alignment with employment lawsEnsures all client and client-related interactions are properly and timely documented in the appropriate client management systems and databasesAnalyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns.
