Job SummaryHulu is seeking enthusiastic and articulate individuals to join our customer service team as Remote Voice Support Agents. In this role, you will serve as the frontline of Hulus customer experience—providing exceptional voice-based support to subscribers across the U.S. Whether it is helping users troubleshoot streaming issues, updating account information, or resolving billing queries, your ability to provide clear, empathetic, and effective communication will directly impact user satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
Deliver real-time support to Hulu subscribers via inbound and outbound voice calls.
Diagnose and resolve technical streaming issues (e.g., device setup, buffering, login problems).
Assist customers with billing inquiries, subscription upgrades, and account-related questions.
Follow call scripts and policies while maintaining a natural, helpful tone.
Document customer interactions accurately within the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or senior agents when necessary.
Remain up to date on new features, promotions, and Hulu platform changes.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer empathy at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Fast learner with the ability to retain large amounts of information.
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Experience
Minimum 6 months of experience in a voice-based customer service or technical support role.
Experience with streaming platforms or telecommunications is a plus.
Familiarity with CRMs such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar tools preferred.
Working Hours
Flexible scheduling available: Day, Evening, Weekend, and Night Shifts.
Both full-time and part-time options offered.
Must be available for at least one weekend day.
Training sessions are mandatory and scheduled over 2–3 weeks (paid training).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, modems, streaming devices).
Understanding of Hulu
s product offerings and competitor landscape.
Ability to multitask across systems while speaking with customers.
Empathy-driven and customer-focused approach.
High level of integrity, punctuality, and self-discipline.
