HubSpot CRM Implementation for 9-Person Sales Team (Promotional Products) We are a Dallas-based promotional products distributor (nearly 30 years in business, ~$8M revenue) looking for a certified HubSpot consultant to implement a production-ready HubSpot Starter environment for our sales team. WHAT MAKES THIS PROJECT UNIQUE: We have completed extensive pre-work that eliminates the typical discovery/strategy phase: • 40+ page Sales Process & Operations Playbook with 12 sections • 7-stage deal pipeline with entry/exit criteria and win probabilities • Custom property specifications (10 properties fully defined) • Team selling architecture (primary owner + custom properties for ERP bridge) • Email marketing playbook with 5 automated sequences • Claude AI connector rollout guide with prompt libraries WHAT WE NEED: 1. Data migration & cleanup (from ERP, Outlook, Google Drive, Smart Sheets) 2. CRM configuration (pipeline, properties, required fields per our specs) 3. Integrations (MS 365, Google Drive, Claude connector, Zapier/Power BI) 4. Email marketing setup (domain auth, templates, segmented lists, basic automation) 5. User accounts & permissions (9 paid seats) 6. Dashboards (Sales Manager + Individual Rep) 7. Role-specific training (sales team, manager, marketing, Claude walkthrough) REQUIREMENTS: • HubSpot certification (Solutions Partner preferred) • Experience with teams under 15 users • Experience with first-time CRM adoption / change management • Familiarity with Claude AI connector (preferred, not required) • Comfortable working from pre-built specifications rather than starting from scratch BUDGET: $2,000–$6,000 (given pre-work completed).
