HubSpot Expert Needed for Technical Marketing Email Setup (One-Time Project)
We’re a growing catering company getting ready to use HubSpot Marketing Emails and want a freelancer to handle the technical setup side only.
We’re on a Starter plan with 2,000 emails/month and want to make sure everything is properly configured before we begin sending.
We’re not looking for help with email content or design—just someone to get the backend ready so we can move quickly and avoid deliverability issues.
Your Responsibilities:
-Set up HubSpot Marketing Email infrastructure
-Configure SPF, DKIM, and domain authentication
-Ensure sender email settings are correct
-Build a couple of basic reusable test templates (we’ll insert content later)
-Test the setup and make sure we’re good to go
-Provide any recommendations to protect sender reputation
What We’re Handling Internally:
-We’ll write and design the emails ourselves
-We already have the lead list strategy and outreach workflow outlined
-Our team will manage list building and segmentation
This is a one-time setup project, but we may reach out for future support as we scale.
