HubSpot & Contract Manager
Beacon Mobility Corp.The HubSpot & Contract Manager owns the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle while serving as the system steward for HubSpot CRM. This role ensures contracts move efficiently from deal creation to execution, are accurately reflected in HubSpot, and support scalable, compliant revenue growth.This position partners closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Leadership to reduce friction, improve forecast accuracy, and accelerate deal velocity.Key ResponsibilitiesContract ManagementOwn the full contract lifecycle: creation, review, negotiation support, execution, amendments, renewals, and termination trackingMaintain standard contract templates, pricing schedules, and approval workflowsCoordinate with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance with company policy and risk thresholdsTrack key contract milestones (renewals, expirations, SLAs) and proactively surface risksMaintain a central contract repository with clear audit trails HubSpot CRM OwnershipServe as the primary administrator for HubSpot (Sales Hub, Deal Pipelines, Objects)Ensure contracts, quotes, and deal data are accurately reflected in HubSpot Design and maintain:Deal stages and workflowsApproval routingCustom properties and objects (e.g., contracts, amendments)Integrate HubSpot with contract tools (e.g., DocuSign, PandaDoc, Ironclad, Conga)Maintain data hygiene and CRM governance standards Sales & Revenue EnablementSupport Sales with deal structuring, pricing approvals, and contract readinessReduce deal cycle time through automation and process clarityPartner with RevOps to improve forecast accuracy and pipeline visibilityTrain Sales and cross‑functional teams on contract and HubSpot best practices Reporting & InsightsBuild and maintain dashboards for: Contract cycle timeWin/loss and approval bottlenecksRenewal and churn riskProvide leadership with actionable insights on deal health and revenue riskSupport monthly and quarterly business reviews with clean, reliable data Success Metrics (KPIs)Reduction in average contract cycle timeIncreased deal accuracy in HubSpotImproved forecast reliabilityRenewal risk identified ≥90 days in advanceSales satisfaction with contracting process QualificationsRequired3–6+ years in Sales Operations, Contract Management, or Revenue OperationsHands‑on experience as a HubSpot administratorStrong understanding of sales contracts, pricing models, and approval workflowsExperience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Legal, and FinanceHigh attention to detail with strong process discipline PreferredExperience integrating HubSpot with contract or CPQ toolsBackground in SaaS, B2B services, or complex sales environmentsFamiliarity with compliance, data privacy, or regulated industries Core CompetenciesProcess‑driven and systems‑orientedClear, concise communicatorComfortable operating between strategy and executionBias toward simplification and automationTrusted partner to Sales leadershipCompensation$90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience.Why This Role MattersThis role directly impacts revenue velocity, customer experience, and operational scale by ensuring deals move faster, cleaner, and with less risk—while giving leadership confidence in the numbers.Beacon Mobility is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
