As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced HubSpot Consultant to guide clients through CRM strategy development, system optimization, and full-scale implementations.

Role Overview

As a HubSpot Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our clients. You will lead CRM strategy initiatives, implement HubSpot best practices, and ensure the platform is fully aligned with each client’s business objectives. Working closely with stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into streamlined processes, automation frameworks, and insightful reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive audits of existing HubSpot portals and identify optimization opportunities.

- Develop and execute CRM strategies aligned with clients’ sales, marketing, and service operations.

- Configure and enhance HubSpot CRM components, including pipelines, workflows, lead scoring, reporting, and dashboards.

- Provide guidance on data governance, system integrations, and automation best practices.

- Partner with cross-functional client teams to drive adoption and ensure organizational alignment.

- Deliver client training sessions and create supporting documentation as needed.

- Stay current with HubSpot updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot Consultant or in a comparable CRM strategy role.

- Extensive expertise in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.

- Strong understanding of inbound methodology, sales and marketing alignment, and CRM data management principles.

- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- HubSpot certifications required; HubSpot Solutions Partner experience preferred.
