Position: HubSpot Admin & Engineer

We are seeking a HubSpot Admin & Engineer to manage, customize, and optimize HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation platforms. The role involves system administration, integrations, workflow automation, data management, and technical troubleshooting to support business and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Administer and maintain HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
ā¢ Design and implement workflows, automation, and lead lifecycle management
ā¢ Customize properties, pipelines, dashboards, and reports
ā¢ Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, APIs)
ā¢ Ensure data quality, governance, and security compliance
ā¢ Support users with troubleshooting, training, and best practices
ā¢ Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams for process optimization
ā¢ Handle HubSpot upgrades, new feature rollouts, and documentation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills & Qualifications
ā¢ Strong hands-on experience as HubSpot Administrator / Engineer
ā¢ Proficiency in HubSpot workflows, lists, reports, and automation
ā¢ Experience with APIs, integrations, and basic scripting (preferred)
ā¢ Understanding of CRM data models and RevOps processes
ā¢ HubSpot Certifications (Admin, Marketing, Sales) ā preferred
ā¢ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Proven leadership and mentoring capability
ā¢ Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
ā¢ Quality-focused mindset with attention to detail
