About the Role: We are seeking a remote HRMS Implementation Executive with excellent communication skills and experience in HR software deployment, ERP projects, and HR process automation. You will manage the complete HRMS implementation cycle — from gathering client requirements and configuring modules to conducting training and providing post-go-live support — all from home. Key Responsibilities: • Lead remote HRMS/ERP implementation projects for multiple clients. • Configure modules: Employee Data, Leave & Attendance, Payroll, Performance. • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), create documentation, and deliver clear virtual training sessions to users. • Provide prompt online post-implementation support and issue resolution. • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Requirements: • 2+ years in HRMS/ERP implementation or HR tech support. • Strong knowledge of HR processes and digital HR tools. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required). • Ability to handle client interactions professionally in a remote setup. • Degree in HR, IT, or related field. • Reliable internet connection for remote work.
