Job Summary

As a Technical Support Specialist at HRBoost, you will be an integral part of our Client Service Team, providing top-notch technical support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot technical issues, identify solutions, and ensure seamless integration of our solutions with various business applications such as ERP and CRM systems. This is a unique opportunity to develop your technical skills, expand your knowledge of ECM and content management technologies, and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities


Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or other channels, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot technical problems related to our ECM and content management solutions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including development and implementation teams, to resolve complex technical issues and improve our solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in ECM, OCR, and RPA through continuing education, certification, and self-study.
Assist in the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles to enhance client understanding and support.
Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain proficient in our solutions and technologies.


Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Essential Qualifications


Proven experience in troubleshooting technical problems and providing effective solutions.
Familiarity with Microsoft Ecosystems, including Windows, Server, and Office.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Experience in software technical support or call center environments.
Knowledge of ECM or Content Management Software, with OnBase experience being a significant plus.
Familiarity with .NET Framework, including C# and ASP.NET.
Experience with Microsoft Visual Studios, Microsoft SQL Server, and IIS.
