About the role As an Mid-level Front End Engineer , you’ll contribute to the development and ongoing support of a site and its client-facing CMS. You’ll deliver front-end features with Vue.js , Nuxt.js , Tailwind CSS, and RESTful APIs, ensuring functionality meets acceptance criteria and team standards. You’ll collaborate closely with senior developers, UX, back-end, and QA — asking the right questions in grooming sessions, providing feedback, and helping drive continuous improvement. You’ll also support junior developers through code reviews, debugging assistance, and guidance on best practices. To thrive in this role, you’ll need strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a growth-oriented mindset. The domain is technically complex with a lot to learn, so you’ll be expected to adapt quickly, remain collaborative, and take ownership of your delivery.
