Job SummaryAs an HR Trainee at Amazon, you will have the unique opportunity to develop your skills in human resources within one of the worlds most innovative companies. This position is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in HR while contributing to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities• * Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.• * Support onboarding and training initiatives for new employees.• * Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.• * Help manage employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on policies and procedures.• * Participate in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.• * Conduct research and analysis on HR trends to support strategic decision-making.• * Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless HR operation.• Required Skills and Qualifications• * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or in progress).• * Strong verbal and written communication skills.• * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• * Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws is a plus.• * A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.• Experience• * Previous internship or coursework in human resources or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.• * Experience in customer service or administrative roles can be beneficial.• Working Hours• * Flexible working hours available for both full-time and part-time positions.
